The Hardware, Sourced and Run.

Desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, printers, and the network gear that ties them together. We source it, image it to the environment, deploy it cleanly, and track every serial through the warranty. Dell, HP, and Lenovo for compute. Sophos and Ubiquiti for the network.

Procurement

Buying hardware through us is the part most clients did not know they needed until they had it. The pricing is real, the spec sheets actually match the environment, and every serial lands in the inventory we already manage for you.

  • ✓ Tier-one partner pricing on Dell, HP, and Lenovo for desktops, laptops, and workstations.
  • ✓ Servers, storage, and infrastructure sourced to the spec the environment actually needs.
  • ✓ Sophos and Ubiquiti for firewalls, switches, and access points, deployed and supported.
  • ✓ Quarterly refresh planning so end-of-warranty does not become end-of-week IT panic.

Lifecycle

A device is more than a purchase. Each one moves through five stages in the program, and the same standard applies to every unit. No one-off laptops, no untracked inventory, no surprises at the end of the warranty.

  • Pre-imaged, encrypted, and enrolled in management before the box leaves our hands.
  • Standard build catalog per role, so a sales laptop and a finance laptop never come back as one-offs.
  • Asset tagging, warranty tracking, and serial inventory tied to the documented environment.
  • Secure wipe and certified retirement when the device is ready to be replaced.

Deployment Process

  1. ✓ Source - Spec to PO
  2. ✓ Image - Build to role
  3. ● Deploy - Onsite or shipped
  4. 4 Manage - In production
  5. 5 Retire - Wipe & dispose

3. Servers & Storage

Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, and Lenovo ThinkSystem servers sized to the workload, not the catalog.

4. Network Equipment

Sophos firewalls, Ubiquiti switches, and Ubiquiti access points configured for the building, not the brochure.

5. Printers & Print Management

Printers sourced, deployed, and added to the managed environment. Secure print and follow-me available.

6. Asset Lifecycle Management

A documented inventory of every device, every warranty, and every refresh window. Surprises planned out of the budget.

Common questions

What hardware does UOTech source and resell?

UOTech sources desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, servers, storage, printers, and network equipment under one managed program. That covers everything from a single laptop to a full office refresh, including docks, headsets, and accessories specified to the workstation. Every device is deployed under the managed program and tracked through its warranty.

Which brands does UOTech sell, and what does partner pricing mean?

UOTech resells Dell, HP, and Lenovo for desktops, laptops, workstations, and servers, and Sophos and Ubiquiti for firewalls, switches, and access points. Partner pricing means UOTech buys at tier-one partner rates from these manufacturers rather than retail, and that pricing carries through to the quote. The spec is matched to the environment, not pulled from a catalog.

What does it mean that devices are imaged for the role?

Every device is built from a standard build catalog per role, so a sales laptop and a finance laptop each get a defined configuration instead of one-off setups. Before a device ships, it is pre-imaged, encrypted, and enrolled in management. The result is that no untracked or nonstandard machines enter the environment.

How do deployment and warranty tracking work?

Devices arrive ready to use, deployed onsite or shipped, and larger orders are sourced once and deployed in the same wave. Each serial number is asset tagged and recorded in the documented inventory UOTech already manages, along with its warranty date and refresh window. Refresh windows are planned 90 days out and reviewed in quarterly business reviews.

What happens when hardware reaches end of warranty?

UOTech runs quarterly refresh planning so end-of-warranty dates are budgeted and scheduled in advance instead of becoming emergencies. The inventory tracks every device, warranty, and refresh window, and replacements are quoted, imaged, and deployed on a planned calendar. Retired devices get a secure wipe and certified retirement.
